Wild Pink Salmon

Pink salmon is the smallest and most abundant of the pacific salmon species. Its flesh is light in color and delicately flavored. Raincoast Trading salmon is wild-caught in sustainable fisheries in the Pacific Northwest. They use selective harvesting techniques to eliminate bycatch and habitat damage. To preserve the natural flavor of the fish, as well as to warrant that there is nothing but healthy fish passed on to the end consumer, Raincoast Trading’s salmon are kept in their natural state once caught. They do not administer any antibiotics, hormones or genetically modify the fish in any way.
